Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy

Please note that we only process refunds for defective items. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot accept returns for other reasons. All defective items may be returned within 15 days for a full refund of the purchase price, with original packaging intact and in original condition. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card or your Paypal account, based on the original purchase method (excluding the original shipping fee). Please allow 7 days from when we accept your returned Product for the processing of your credit.

Any Product purchased online may be returned for an exchange to our retail location provided that it meets the above guidelines.

As long as your order has not been shipped, we can change or cancel it.
If you exchange for a different product additional shipping fee may be applied.

The return or exchange shipment must have a tracking number as proof. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
